A few weeks ago I went to the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn to watch my friends Win & Woo play. Alongside the guys were N2N, Golden Pony, Eau Claire, and AKKI. We were super excited to sit down with Jim and Ray of Sick Individuals before their set at Ruby Skye in San Francisco. They have been ripping it up in the last few years playing at festivals like Tomorrowland, ULTRA, Sensation, Mysteryland and Creamfields. Their collaborations with Axwell and Dannic have also topped the charts, and we chat about the upcoming projects they have in the works! From all the chemistry we read about and and caught on screen, we couldn’t wait to chat with them up close and personal! They synchronized with one another better than any other duo we’ve met so far! It’s almost as if they coordinated to finish each others sentences, and practiced their dance moves on stage! Not having given them any prep questions, I knew that it truly came natural for them. Not to mention, he brought in the big boys from Ja Rule, Sean Paul, to Akon! I’ve always been a fan of how much energy he brings to the table, and the emotions that come along with it. He is as sincere, humble, and genuine as they come. We look forward to seeing Tom continue spreading his positive vibes on his way to the top!

I can’t remember the first time the name TELYKast popped into my head, but it was probably off of Instagram somewhere a little over a year ago. I do recall thinking that this duo was high energy and a whole bunch of awesome. After talking to these guys, I’d have to say that my Instagram-intuition was right. One from New York and the other from Texas, the two met in school and decided to start making music together. It was amazing to hang out with Paris Blohm, one of my favorite artists ever. I’ve been following him for the last couple of years and love that through his rising success, he has remained humble and continues to engage with his fans. I love that his individuality continues to shine through, regardless of what is currently “in” with the dance music scene. Paris preaches hard work and following your passions, and has personally went from delivering pizzas to being able to finally create a career out of his passion in making music.
